We are searching for a Compensation and Benefits Consultant to a assignment at a known tech company in central Stockholm.
About the team: The team needs an experienced senior consultant within compensation and benefits. We expect this person to have excellent project management
skills, be process oriented and willing to work both operationally and strategically. This consultant will work with the team to improve and set up new strategies and processes for benefits and awards programs as well as reviewing and working with the compensation part of the promotion processes.
Requirement: This person needs to have excellent project management skills, be process oriented and have great presentation skills. The consultant will work both operationally and strategically.
Except for experience within benefits and award programs, payroll management skills is ahuge plus.
- Problem solving: Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits, adapted to the culture
- Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
- Have the compliance perspective
Assignment description: - Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits
- Suggest/Develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation and benefits.
